E-shop and e-commerce projects

01

Custom online store

An off-the-shelf online store is a good start, and for many businesses a good finish too: accounting, carriers and payments work in it and there is no point in rebuilding them. But you need to grow fast, and growth brings a ceiling that usually takes one of these forms: a second brand or another country means more administration, store and online stock live separate lives, wholesale customers need different terms than consumers, pricing or the product range no longer fits into a standard product page, data from the ERP is synced in batches and goes stale, and every new requirement is solved with yet another exception and add-on until the whole thing starts to crack.

That is when we build the store around your processes and plan the migration so that no orders, customer accounts or search rankings are lost.

02

Booking system

Hotels, guesthouses, sports venues, wellness, restaurants, rentals, car services, courses, tours: none of them sell goods, they sell time and capacity – and they sell best at the moment the customer feels the need and the urge, which means in the evening on their phone, not the next morning by phone call. Generic booking tools work until you need more than one calendar: rooms with different occupancy and seasonal pricing, courts and halls with passes and recurring club bookings, services tied to a specific person or piece of equipment, groups, deposits and cancellation terms that vary by date.

We build a booking system around how you operate: real availability, pricing by time and season, online payment or deposit, automatic confirmations and reminders, management for the front desk and for staff in the field, and integration with what you already use – a hotel system, POS, access control or accounting.

03

B2B platform

A wholesale customer does not need a second online store with a login; they need their own terms: individual prices and discounts from your ERP, credit limit and payment terms, multiple users under one company with order approval, quick ordering by product codes or import, stock availability by warehouse, and invoices and delivery notes to download. We build a portal that handles all this, leaving your sales team the work no system can do for them.

04

Product configurator

If your product is made of variants, dimensions, materials or add-ons that depend on each other, a product page with drop-down lists is not enough. A configurator checks what goes with what, calculates the price as you go according to your rules and passes the result on as an exact specification – to production, to a quote or to an order.

And the other, often more important half: customers also see what they are putting together. Just as you can instantly view the colour and wheels you picked when configuring a car on the manufacturer’s website, we can visualise a product in a specific configuration, an assembly of several elements (furniture, a pergola, a shelving or fencing system) and even the whole setting the product belongs to – say, a kitchen in the floor plan of your own room. Customers decide based on what they see, not what they have to imagine, and you get an order with no arguments about what the result should look like.

05

Loyalty club and mobile app

Winning a customer is the more expensive part of business, keeping them the more profitable one – and that is exactly what a loyalty programme is for: it gives customers a reason to come back to you rather than to a competitor one click away. Points, membership tiers, member benefits, referral rewards or early access to new products are incentives you set according to your margins and the behaviour you want to encourage. A side effect, but a valuable one: an identified customer both online and in store, and data on what, when and how often they buy, which your retention activities and marketing can work with.

A mobile app with a digital card and push notifications adds a channel that does not depend on an overflowing inbox and keeps your brand within reach between purchases. And it has one more advantage the web cannot offer: content the customer has at hand even offline – the membership card, guides, the catalogue or their orders – regardless of signal.

06

AI-driven e-marketing

You have customer data, but most online stores use it across the board: the same newsletter and the same discount for everyone. On top of your data we build customer profiling (value, stage in the buying cycle, likelihood of buying again or churning) and link it to automated individual incentives, choosing the offer, timing and channel. We measure the results against a control group, not by gut feeling.

07

Lead generation platform

When a sale does not end in a shopping cart but in a meeting and a quote, the most expensive resource is a salesperson’s time, and the most common problem is that they spend it searching for and sorting contacts instead of selling. A lead generation platform is a tool for the sales team, not just another website: campaign pages and microsites for specific segments, calculators, questionnaires and downloadable materials for which prospects gladly leave their contact details – and on top of that a layer that scores every enquiry, enriches it with what we know about the company and the source, assigns it to the right salesperson and records it in the CRM along with its full behavioural history.

A prospect who is not ready for a meeting yet does not fall through the cracks but receives an automated series of content until they are. Sales management sees where enquiries come from, what they cost and which turn into deals, so it tracks and manages customer acquisition costs instead of estimating them, the budget moves to where it works, and salespeople get enquiries worth picking up the phone for.
